I love riff knitting!!
Hello!
This is Ito, who rolls and unrolls.
April and May were a hectic month with a lot of events, but they have now come to an end.
I feel a little relieved.
ITORICOT is still a rookie in its first year, but I was once again deeply grateful for the support we have from so many people!
Thank you so much😊
Well, this time I want to talk casually about my love for riff knitting.
My first encounter with riff knitting was quite some time ago.
I jumped on it when it became popular, but
Again, I had no idea how to knit it, so I couldn't.
What on earth is this???
And then I left it there immediately.
I put it aside for a few months, then I came across it somewhere again and decided to give it a try...
I knitted it!!
It was so much fun that I bought the book.
The masterpiece is Ozabu by Aipatake Takizawa (@aipatake).
After that, I discovered that whenever I see medium-thin yarn, I immediately start riff knitting, which is my favorite knitting style!
I riff knit with sock yarn, factory yarn, and mohair.
My favorites are the threads from Rainbow Co., Ltd.
I also love Itohata's threads ❤️
There will be a lot of coasters,
Perfect as a gift!
Great for using up leftover yarn!!
Why don't you try riff knitting?
If there is a request, I will hold a workshop.
see you!!
