Prices include tax. For orders over ¥8,800 (including tax) within Japan, shipping is free. Cash-on-delivery is not accepted.
Orders are usually shipped within five business days from the order confirmation date (excluding weekends, public holidays, and the New Year holiday). During busy periods, delivery may be delayed.
Each order is shipped separately, and if additional items are ordered afterward, additional shipping charges will apply.

Customs Duties
Import taxes, duties, and fees may be required for customs clearance in the destination country. These costs are the recipient's responsibility and must be paid directly to the courier or customs office. Please check with local customs for details. If the package is returned due to unpaid duties, additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
If an item arrives damaged or differs from the order, please contact us via phone or inquiry form with your phone number and order details. We will provide further instructions for returns or exchanges.
Due to the limited nature of many items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective. Additionally, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customer preferences are generally not accepted.
Refunds for Credit Card Payments
Refunds for purchases made by credit card will be processed as a credit card refund. Depending on your card provider, refunds may be posted to your account in the following month if they cross the card’s billing cycle. For detailed information on refunds, please contact your credit card provider directly.
Exchange Rates
For purchases outside Japan or using internationally issued credit cards, the exchange rate and any conversion fees apply based on your payment service provider or credit card company. Note that any differences in refund amounts due to fluctuating exchange rates are the responsibility of the payment service provider and not the online store.
Pricing and Inventory
If a purchased item is out of stock, we will contact you for a refund. Product specifications, prices, and designs may change without notice.
In-Store Pickup
After payment confirmation, items will be ready for pickup within five business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and the New Year holiday). We will notify you by email once the item is ready. In-store pickup is available only for customers who can pick up items within a week. Orders not collected within this period will be canceled.
Inquiries
We aim to respond to inquiries within two to three business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and the New Year holiday). Responses may be delayed during holiday seasons or special events.
