The Knitting Needle Collector's Journey
Hello! It's cold!
Roll and unroll, unroll and knit
This is Hodokiya Ito.
Well, as the title says, I’m pretty
"Knitting Needle Collector"
is.
I started knitting through crocheting, so my very first tool was a bamboo crochet hook given to me by my mother.
Well, as I continued knitting from there,
"I want a crochet hook set!" I said, as I collected more and more, I ended up with this.
Then, when I started knitting with needles, I bought a set of long needles and used them for a long time, but...
One day, I discovered the superiority of circular needles,
"I have to buy this!!"
So I started buying circular needles. At first, I just bought one at a time.
The first circular needle set I bought was given away, so I no longer have it, but the next thing I bought was a set of Afghan knitting needles.
Months have passed since then, and now it looks like this, a magnificent treasure trove.
This post is getting a bit long, so I'll move on to other weird knitting needles.
I hope to talk to you more in the future!
I think there are people out there who would like to try using these tools,
I'm thinking about doing something like a "Let's try it out workshop."
We look forward to your opinions, thoughts, and requests (like "please do it")!!
By the way, this is what I always carry with me.
Here's what's inside ☺️
I carry it around everyday thinking that I don't really need it. Oh, and I also have pacific saury.
It's cold, so please be careful not to get too cold!
see you~!
