This is a reservation slot. The actual yarn you choose can be decided during a consultation when you visit us on the day of your appointment.

※If two or more people are using the service, please note that it may take longer than usual as we only have two machines for original yarn production. Please allow approximately 60–90 minutes.

- クラフトサービスでは、ITORICOTの糸を自由に組み合わせて制作可能です。

お支払いについて
- クラフトサービスでは現金でのお支払いはご利用いただけません。
- ご利用いただける決済方法：クレジットカード電子マネー（交通系IC・iD・QUICPay等／キャリア決済不可）PayPay
その他注意事項
- クラフトサービスは、糸の仕上がりまでに最低1時間かかります。
- 混雑状況により、ご予約されていない場合は、当日のクラフトサービスをご利用いただけない場合がございます。
- 退室までの時間が1時間未満の場合は、クラフトサービスをご利用いただけません。
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation on the day before or the day of the event, or a no-show, the following cancellation fees will apply:
Up to 2 days in advance: Free
Cancellation the day before or on the day: 1,925 JPY (incl. tax) per person
No-show: 3,850 JPY (incl. tax) per person
*Due to the nature of on-site payments, cancellation fees will be billed at a later date.
*Please note that if the cancellation fee is not paid, we may refuse your future reservations.
*In the event of a no-show, we may refuse your participation in any future events.
